SGS Bangladesh Limited selects MetLife as insurance provider

SGS Bangladesh Limited has selected MetLife to provide insurance for its employees and their dependents against accident, disability, loss of life and medical emergencies, a press release said on Tuesday.
An agreement signing ceremony recently took place between SGS Bangladesh and MetLife Bangladesh.
Mohammad Abdur Rashid, Country Manager of SGS Bangladesh Limited, and Ala Ahmad, Managing Director of MetLife Bangladesh, signed the contract on behalf of their respective organizations. Other senior officials were also present at the event, the statement added.
SGS Bangladesh chose MetLife as its insurance provider because of the insurer’s customized solutions, online claims service, faster claims payment and financial strength.
MetLife currently provides insurance protection to more than 270,000 employees and their dependents at more than 800 organizations.
