Marvel Studios’ Fantastic Four Director Reportedly Revealed

The move comes after director Jon Watts pulled out of the project earlier this year, with reports at the time noting that Watts – who helmed the Spider Man trilogy for Marvel Studios – just wanted a break from the world of superhero movies.
Marvel Studios’ The Fantastic Four was first teased by Kevin Feige at San Diego Comic-Con 2019. Spider-Man: No Coming Home Director Jon Watts was originally set to helm the project, but decided to drop out in order to take a break from the superhero genre.
The film’s official cast has yet to be announced, but Office John Krasinski recently debuted as a variation of Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. It’s still unclear if Krasinski would reprise the role in the upcoming film as well.
