DART is leveraging its promise of an instant 15-minute grocery delivery service to attract a critical mass of shoppers who want fast delivery of items ordered online.

Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. President and CEO Robina Gokongwei-Pe said the partnership with Q-Commerce provides a unique opportunity to meet consumer needs that are complementary to its traditional supermarket offering.
